Upright column: It adopts high grade 45# steel and increases the strength and drawing force of the upright column after hardening and tempering. 2. Plunger piston: Oil cylinder material is QT500-7 and cylinder diameterΦ200mm. The quenching treatment of plunger piston surface increases its hardness and abrasion resistance. 3. The material of oil cylinder and platform is QT500-7 and is treated by high temperature. 4. Natural hot plate: Hot plate adopts Q235A high quality carbon steel with good surface smoothness and high abrasive resistance after high-temperature tempering. 5. Thermal baffle: thermal baffle uses high quality calcium silicate board, pressure proof 3.5Mpa and thermal insulation coefficient 0.031. 6. The machine is used to make various types of floor tiles with different diamter as you required. With one set Vulcanizing machine, we can make many types tiles only by changing the moulds; and the moulds can be customized. 7. This kind machine has three different types, frame type, pillar type and jaw type. It is high efficient with large output, automatic controling, easy operation and safety guaranteed. 8. We can produce non-standard equipment according to customers' specific requirements.
