Structural Features
 

1. The extruder can be equipped with head, clients also self-equipped according to clients needs.
2. The extruder body with spiral water vapor channel, with good results thermostat and thermometer with thermocouple and body temperature, feeding mouth is equipped with feed roller to enhance feeding effect.
3. Screws and bushings are made of nitrided steel and after nitriding treatment, with sufficient strength and wear resistance.
4. The Rubber extruder Reducer with ZLYJ (hard-tooth) series reducer or ZQ (ordinary) series reducer. ZLYJ (hard-tooth) series reducer, gear for the six precision, carburizing and grinding of cylindrical gears, low noise, long life, to withstand force; ZQ (ordinary) series reducer relatively hard-tooth reducer, noise, life is shorter.

5. Our machine is equipped with a frequency conversion motor drive, allowing for precise speed control within a specified range. This feature enhances operational convenience and ease of use.

6. The machine is designed with a pipeline that enables the passage of steam and cooling water. Both the body and the screw can be heated or cooled, providing temperature control flexibility.
