Product introduction

1. The machine is used to crush various waste tires, rubber conveyor belts and other waste rubber products. To separate the rubber and the steel wire.

2. Rolls have chilled alloy cast iron and cast steel two kinds optional.

3. The roll face is hard and anti-wear. Both the front roll and the back roll are fluted. The internal cavity of the roll is processed to ensure temperature well proportioned on the roll surface.

4. The machine is equipped with an overload protection device to prevent the major components from being damaged due to overloading.

5. The machine is also equipped with an emergency device. When an emergent accident happens, just draw the safety pull-rod, and the machine will stop immediately.

6. The reverse current plugging system is provided above the rolls. In case of emergency, the safety rod is pulled down and the rolls will stopped immediately.

7. Roll gap can be adjusted conveniently by turning the handwheel.

8. The bedplate of the machine is integral or separated, so the installation is convenient.

Some production process details:

1. This Tyre Recycling Machine including main machine and accessorial equipment, it is used for recycling scrap-tire (steel tyre and textile tyre), the final product is rubber powder or reclaimed rubber
2. The magnet separator and granulator grinder is optional.
3. The investment on this production line is small and the footprint is small. It is easy to operate, only need 5 workers.

4. Analysis for output

XKP400 rubber crusher:
Output: 5000-6500kg/24 hour for about 28 mesh granule.

XKP450 rubber crusher:
Output: 8000-9500kg/24 hour for about 28 mesh granule.

XKP560 rubber crusher:
Output: 11000-13500kg/24 hour for about 28 mesh granule.

5. You don`t need the Granulator Grinder if your final rubber powder is less than 30 mesh. But we need it if the powder bigger than 30 mesh and the number of this machine depend on the output.

Our company produces a full set of waste tyre recycling machine, which is used to make rubber powder from old tyre, like rail tyre, engmeenng tyre and other old tires. It can produce 20 - 80 mesh rubber powder.

Packaging

Equipment painting completed before delivery, and then wrapped with stretch film, avoid rubbing the paint off the surface, wooden packaging can be customized, key parts, such as electronic control box, will be wrapped by shockproof packaging materials, and then packed in wooden cases.
