Our factory has nearly 30 years' experience in manufacturing rubber machine.

We have a set of standardized production line, which contains wire peeling machine, rubber cutter,

Grinding mill, shredder, screen conveyor, rubber crusher, shaker, banburying mixer, open mill, spiral elevator,

Kneader, rubber filter and extruder, vulcanizer, refiner, calendering machine.

Feature:

1. All the plates, frame plate, upper and lower beams adopt Q235 steel plates, firstly welded together, then after annealing treatment and eliminating welding stress guaranteeing the whole press won't have any deformation during working.

2. Pistons are made of dense-texture chilled casted iron and then after careful grinding.

3. In order to ensure the plates balanced rising, this press will be fixed with synchronization gear mechanism in the host.

4. This press is configured with automatic hydraulic push-pull mold device driven by hydraulic cylinder. In this case, the press will be of very high working efficiency. And the hydraulic cylinder's material is casted steel.

5. Control Panel: PLC automatic control, touch screen having automatic control and manual control two control methods; Automatic mode can realize automatically mold close, exhaust, vulcanizing timing, fill pressure, vulcanized alarms and automatic mold open and other functions.

6. Plates heating mode is electric,steam or oil heating mode.

7. Hydraulic components and electrical appliances adopt imported or domestic brands to ensure stable performance.

Equipment painting completed before delivery, and then wrapped with stretch film, avoid rubbing the paint off the surface, wooden packaging can be customized, key parts, such as electronic control box, will be wrapped by shockproof packaging materials, and then packed in wooden cases.

1. Delivery time of the rubber machines?
This is specially designed machine according to your specific requirement.
From engineer designing to production completion, it needs about 25 to 35 days.

Every machine will be fully assembled and carefully tested before shipment.

Yes, we can supply overseas service and technical support but customer needs to pay for the cost of the installation.
