1. Production Description:

Application: Under normal temperature, the equipment has the capacity to get 5-15 mesh rubber particle crushed into 40-100 mesh particles fine powder for once through water-cooling, It is fixed up with a temperature control and alarming system.

Caution: It is necessary to get rid of the substance and fibre impurities from the material, otherwise its service life will be affected

(1) 8-20 mesh: Mainly used in the pavement of track,road cushion layer, base plate, lawn, paving elastic layer, ground, etc.
(2) 20-40mesh: Mainly used in producing reclaimed rubber and rubber board, modifying rubber powder, paving roads
(3) 40-60 mesh: Called fine rubber powder, used in filling of rubber products, modifying of plastic, etc.
(4) 60-80 mesh: Called refine rubber powder, used in automatic tires, rubber products, construction materials, and so on
(5) 80-200mesh: Called subtle rubber powder, used in rubber products, military products and so on
