Product introduction

1. Oil cylinder adopts advanced seal structure, reasonable design and stable performance.
2. Upright column: It adopts high grade 45# steel and increases the strength and drawing force of the upright column after hardening and tempering.
3. Plunger piston: Oil cylinder material is QT500-7 and cylinder diameterΦ200mm. The quenching treatment of plunger piston surface increases its hardness and abrasion resistance.
4. The material of oil cylinder and platform is QT500-7 and is treated by high temperature.
5. Natural hot plate: Hot plate adopts Q235A high quality carbon steel with good surface smoothness and high abrasive resistance after high-temperature tempering.
6. Sealing element: sealing element of oil cylinder uses YX polyurethane oil seal, oil resistance, aging resistance and wear resistance.
7. Thermal baffle: thermal baffle uses high quality calcium silicate board, pressure proof 3.5Mpa and thermal insulation coefficient 0.031.
8. Electrical heated tube has insulating plate, improving operational safety.
9. This machine has four sets slide device and can use alternately. Easy operation and high work efficiency.
10. High quality tire recycle rubber floor tile heat press machine is used to make various types of floor tiles with different diamter as you required. With one set Vulcanizing machine, we can make many types tiles only by changing the moulds; and the moulds can be customized.

Packing and Shipping

Equipment painting completed before delivery, and then wrapped with stretch film, avoid rubbing the paint off the surface, wooden packaging can be customized, key parts, such as electronic control box, will be wrapped by shockproof packaging materials, and then packed in wooden cases.
