Product Introduction

1. This machine is suitable for vulcanizing all kinds of rubber products, such as seal , o ring , gasket and similar products.

2. There are three heating methods: electric heating, steam heating and heat transfer oil heating.

3. The vulcanizing temperature can be set and showed in the digital displan. If you want to heat and vulcanize for 1 minutes , just set it directly . When it reaches 1minutes ,machine will alarm then machine will open the mold automatically.
4. The pillar is made of high quality # 45 cast steel . The hardness , wear resistance and abrasive resistance is high improved by quenching and tempering.

5. The built-in thermal relay is used for overload protection. When the motor is overloaded or encounters a failure, it will automatically stop.

6. The middle hot plate of this machine is accurately installed in the middle of the four columns, and is equipped with a guide frame. This machine is heated by tubular electric heating elements, no boiler is needed, reducing air pollution, keeping the workshop clean, easy to operate, safe and reliable.
