Upright column: It adopts high grade 45# steel and increases the strength and drawing force of the upright column after hardening and tempering. 3. Plunger piston: Oil cylinder material is QT500-7 and cylinder diameterΦ200mm. The quenching treatment of plunger piston surface increases its hardness and abrasion resistance. 4. The material of oil cylinder and platform is QT500-7 and is treated by high temperature. 5. Natural hot plate: Hot plate adopts Q235A high quality carbon steel with good surface smoothness and high abrasive resistance after high-temperature tempering. 6. Sealing element: sealing element of oil cylinder uses YX polyurethane oil seal, oil resistance, aging resistance and wear resistance.
