Product Introduction

1. This machine is suitable for vulcanizing all kinds of rubber products. It is an advanced hot pressing equipment for pressing all kinds of thermosetting rubber.

2. There are three heating methods: electric heating, steam heating and heat transfer oil heating.

3. Column curing press is generally a conventional product, the model is 25 tons to 160 tons, frame curing press is more than 160 tons.

4. The plug-in circuit of the oil pressure collecting body makes the pipeline set on the oil circuit board, and its piping is small, which can increase the life of the oil circuit switch.

5. This machine is column structure, including main machine, hydraulic station, electric controlling cabinet. Main machine is composed by base, plunger piston, platform, beam, automatic mould pushing-out device and compulsory mould opening device.
6. The machine can be customized according to the needs of customers.
