Product Introduction

1. This machine is suitable for vulcanizing all kinds of rubber products. It is an advanced hot pressing equipment for pressing all kinds of thermosetting rubber.

2. There are three heating methods: electric heating, steam heating and heat transfer oil heating.

3. Column curing press is generally a conventional product, the model is 25 tons to 160 tons, frame curing press is more than 160 tons.

4. the hydraulic part adopts two ways, one is a single pump drive, simple structure, convenient, reliable performance, generally used in small tonnage equipment. one is a combination of double pump, speed, pressure, generally used in large tonnage equipment.
5. Domestic famous brand products are adopted in the electrical parts, with reliable quality and more accurate temperature control. The heating connection part adopts high temperature resistant wire connection with good reliability.

6. The machine can be customized according to the needs of customers.
