Safety Green EPDM Rubber Granules For Runway Flooring Production Machines​

Before 2014, the raw materials for many runways and stadiums are rubber particles crushed by waste tires, waste cable skins, and soles etc. Waste rubber is an industrial hazardous solid waste, which can easily cause PAHs to exceed standards. In many schools, the phenomenon of "odory runway, odorous playground" has caused students to runny nose, allergies, skin packs, dizziness, nausea and other symptoms, known as the "toxic runway" incident.

The new EPDM colored rubber particles have the advantages of health, non-toxicity, safety, environmental protection and durability etc., and are widely used in sports venues such as plastic track, basketball court, tennis court, gymnasium, community leisure square, kindergarten non-slip area etc.

Our company has been participating in the EPDM granules industry since 2015, and has project cooperation with Qingdao University of Science and Technology. So far, our company has provided EPDM granules production line to many domestic companies and participated in EPDM granules production processes (such as sulfur addition process, extruder head temperature control etc). Based on this, we have continuously improved the equipment performance and advanced degree is far ahead in China. Compared with traditional lines, this production line mainly has the advantages of less labor intensity, high productivity and high degree of automation.

Packaging

Equipment painting completed before delivery, and then wrapped with stretch film, avoid rubbing the paint off the surface, wooden packaging can be customized, key parts, such as electronic control box, will be wrapped by shockproof packaging materials, and then packed in wooden cases.
