Function

The open lab mixing mill is suitable for the mixing and kneading rubber, synthetic rubber, hot melt adhesive, EVA, chemical medicine, ensure the dispersion of raw material and used for small test or small production.

Construction Features

(1) Labor mixing mill is designed for rubber the experimental precision machine, mainly consist of roller, rack, motor, reducer, security system, electric control system components.

(2) The rollers is using LTG-H chilled alloy cast iron material which surface hardness is HS68-72, long service life and internal-pass cooling water or steam. Roller temperature can be controlled to within ±2 degrees.

(3) In front and rear of the machine are equipped with 4 emergency stopping buttons and also in the mill base is equipped a Kick-style stop switch.
