This rubber mixing machine is mainly used in Rubber & Plastic Product factory for Natural Rubber Mixing(plasticating), Raw Rubber and Compound mixing, rubber warm-up mixing and pressing sheet.

1. The roller is made of chilled cast iron. It is divided into hollowed roll and drilled roll. The inner of hollowed roll is machined.

2. The base has integrated base and separated bases.

3. The driving mode includes open driving, half open driving and enclosed driving.

4. Adopts grease lubricating and oil lubricating.

5. There are three types of nip adjustments, manually adjustment, electrically adjustment and hydraulic adjustment.

6. The pressure transducer system is available for directly displaying the working pressure and control the feed.

7. The produce is complied with nation-established safety standard (this standard is identical with Europe Standard)

8. User can choose the stock blender according to the processing procedure.
