This system adopts Zhejiang University Central Control DCS
automatic control system, which has a strong self-diagnosis
function and can perform self-diagnosis on various functional
states of various hardware devices such as different cards,
controllers, and buses in the system. Display and give
corresponding alarms on the corresponding parts of the system and
the operator station.
The biggest feature of DCS in control is the flexible configuration
of various control and operation modules, which can realize
diversified control strategies to meet the needs of different
situations. The DCS control system generally adopts a dual
redundant design, and the CPU, power supply, and network are all
dual. Once the working module fails, it can automatically switch to
the standby module to work without disturbance to improve
reliability.
The DCS system can be used to display and record the process data
from each control unit, and it is the operation interface for the
interaction between people and the production process information.
The operation station includes the host system, display device,
keyboard input device, information storage device and print output
device, etc. It has powerful display and operation functions, and
can realize the display, alarm and trend of parameters such as
temperature, pressure, liquid level, and current in the entire
process. The recording function can realize the display and control
of the running status of automatic valves, motors and other
equipment, has the function of alarm record reminder, report
printing function, and can realize the record query and analysis
optimization of the production process.
