 1.Exhaust gas pretreatment system
   During the whole process of hydrolysis and drying, vacuum control, water level control, drainage control and other links are completed through       the vacuum pump station. Water and a small amount of gas after condensation enter the back end for advanced treatment.

2.Exhaust gas advanced treatment system
  The uncondensed gas is then subjected to the acid-base neutralization spray washing treatment of the scrubbing tower, and then enters the purification, oxidation and ionization integrated machine, and finally achieves the discharge standard (reaches the odor pollutant discharge standard (GB14554-93).
The entire process production line is equipped with a collection system at each point of the equipment (medium concentration gas)
The workshop micro-negative pressure system, the collected gas enters the purification, oxidation and ionization integrated machine, and finally achieves the discharge standard. (high concentration gas)
