induction system, open the vacuum system, and carry out
high-temperature smelting;
The smelting process adopts the low-temperature vacuum drying
method. Under the vacuum state, the material temperature reaches
the boiling point at 80 degrees Celsius, and the moisture of the
material begins to evaporate. When the material temperature rises
to 110 degrees Celsius, the vacuum system is turned off, and the
exhaust gas induction system is turned on. The air is fully
contacted with the material. Continue to heat up, and carry out
secondary solidification to the oil.
