The high-concentration waste gas produced during the chemical
drying process passes through the pressure relief dust reducer to
reduce the dust, and then enters the water-cooled condenser to
condense most of the high-temperature water vapor into condensed
water. After condensation, a small amount of gas passes through the
three-stage scrubber. After the spray washing treatment, the trace gas finally enters the
purification, oxidation and ionization integrated machine, and
finally achieves the emission up to the standard. During the production process, the medium-concentration exhaust gas
generated by the raw material warehouse, pre-crusher, buffer
warehouse, and oil press is collected by the induced draft fan
through the pipeline and then passed through the exhaust gas
treatment equipment, and finally discharged to the standard. The low-concentration waste gas in the workshop is collected
through the negative pressure pipeline and then enters the
purification, oxidation and ionization integrated machine, and
finally achieves the standard discharge
