rate of various amino acids is 74.88-89.62%, among which the true
metabolic rate of lysine is 82.66%, methionine is 83.59%, and
cystine is 85.36%. Among all amino acids, the metabolic rate of
glycine and arginine is the highest, followed by isoleucine and
serine, and alanine is the lowest, but it is much higher than the
amino acid metabolic rate of puffed and hydrolyzed feather meal
measured by our laboratory. It is also higher than the metabolic
rate of amino acids in unconventional protein feed such as
