The ultra-clean filling production line uses aseptic isolation technology and reliable sterilization methods. After sterilizing the bottle and cap, the material is filled and sealed in a sterile room. COP and SOP can ensure thorough cleaning and disinfection of the inside of the equipment. CIP and SIP ensure thorough cleaning and disinfection of material pipelines and filling valves. One hundred grade clean space, using patented filling valve, high precision and low backflow. Using PROFIBVS assembly control technology, centralized control of the entire production line can be realized.
