XDEM 200T Track Adjuster Spring Press Hydraulic Press
This machine is specially designed for the disassembly and
installation of excavator track adjuster springs, relying on a
hydraulic system to provide stable and controllable pressure, it
can easily complete the compression and reset operations of the
tension springs, solving the problems of manual disassembly and
easy damage to components.
Typical structure
The main body is mostly a frame structure to ensure stability
during operation, and some models are equipped with protective
devices to prevent injury caused by spring reset;
Equipped with a hydraulic power unit, it can accurately adjust
pressure and adapt to the specifications of tension springs for
different models of excavators;
There is a dedicated spring positioning fixture that can quickly
fix the tensioning device of the excavator track, improving work
efficiency.
Applications
Widely used in equipment maintenance in excavator repair shops and
construction sites, especially suitable for professional
disassembly and maintenance of tension springs in large excavators,
mining excavators and other models.
