XDEM 315T Stationary Hydraulic Track Pin Press Gantry Hydraulic Press
The 315 ton mobile cylinder gantry hydraulic press is a mobile
gantry structure hydraulic press with a nominal pressure of 3150
kilonewtons (approximately 315 tons), mainly used for plastic
processing of metal and non-metal materials. This device combines
the universal characteristics of gantry hydraulic presses with the
design advantages of mobile workbenches, and is suitable for
various industrial scenarios that require flexible adjustment of
machining dimensions.
Features:
1 . Gantry frame: The equipment body adopts a high-strength steel
welded gantry type all steel structure, which is subjected to
vibration aging or tempering vibration aging treatment to eliminate
internal stress, ensure small mechanical deformation, high overall
rigidity and stability. Rack design is typically optimized through
finite element analysis to achieve high precision.
2. Mobile workbench: One of its core features is that the workbench
can move up and down, and some models can also be customized to
move forward and backward. This design greatly expands the opening
and closing height and processing range of the machine,
facilitating the handling and processing of workpieces of different
sizes, and making it more flexible to use.
3. Hydraulic system: The hydraulic system is the core power part,
mainly composed of the master cylinder, hydraulic pump station
(including oil pump, motor, oil tank, etc.), and valve block. Key
components such as the surface of the oil cylinder piston rod will
undergo quenching treatment, and the main hydraulic pipelines will
be connected by flanges and undergo acid washing and passivation
treatment to ensure the cleanliness of the oil and the reliability
of the system.
4. Control system: Manual control or electric/automatic control
options can be provided according to customer needs.
