XDEM portable reaming machine is suitable for on-site boring and
honing processing of straight holes in steel, copper, and stainless
steel materials. It is primarily used for machining connection
holes in flanges, main engine base holes, bearing seat positioning
holes, rudder machine base holes, and other similar applications. The machine can be installed in various configurations, including
vertical, horizontal, dual-purpose (both vertical and horizontal),
and V-shaped base installations. Its compact structure makes it
adaptable even in confined spaces. The boring bar is made from integral alloy structural steel, which
has undergone tempering, surface hardening, multiple stress-relief
annealing processes, and surface chrome plating. This results in
high strength and excellent wear resistance. The worm gears in the spindle housing are made from phosphor bronze
and produced using centrifugal casting, providing good rigidity and
wear resistance. The machine employs high-precision and reliable actuators, ensuring
excellent stability, durability, and dynamic response. Key features: 1. Lightweight and compact stricture, highly rigid and precise; 2. High torque with continuously variable speed control across all
speeds; 3. High cutting force, with a maximum cutting depth of up to 3mm
