Mesh Panel Welding Machine Introduction:
 
This is our new developed mesh panel welding machine DX-GWC-2500A. The welding speed can be up to maximum 75 times/min. It has advantage of easier machine maintenance, less machine problem, easY to learn and operate, save power and consumption, less welding spark etc.
 
Mesh Panel Welding Machine Features:
 
1. Pneumatic welding, each welding electrode is controlled by one SMC air cylinder. Electrodes 20*20*20mm, can be used 6 sides.

1. The control system adopts synchronous CNC technology,Mitsubishi PLC program and HMI.It is easy and convenient to operate with the touching screen.

2. Adjustable distance of the line wire that allows diffetent openning size between the line wire distance,

when input the distance of cross wire to computer ,any mesh opening can be reach.

3. The welding wire is accurate and the welding points are firm for the big pressure.

4. This mesh panel welding machine equips typical and efficient transformer ,which gearless adjusted, enlarging the welding range.

5. Mesh pulling system is controled by servo motor. Panasonic servo motor for pulling mesh, cross wire space can be adjusted by PLC. The pulling rack is J&T brand, more accurate, less noise.

6. Welding transformer:160KVA*6PCS(48 welding electrodes)---every 8 welding heads need a water cooling transformer.

7. Wire feeding method :The line wires and the cross wire should be pre-straightened and pre-cut.The cross wire system is ontrolled by mechanical hopper device.Send weft wires one by one automatically.The machine will stop working when the cross wire used up in the hopper.

8. Material suitable for low carbon ironwire,black annealed wire or galvanized (cold galvanized,hot galvanized)processing.
