How to extend the service life of the printhead?

Printhead maintenance:

1. Use with care, do not touch the copper contact area of the electronic signal or the inkjet hole metal plate, unless cleaned, stored or replaced, do not remove the printhead.

2. Do not place the ink head in an extremely high or low temperature environment, make sure that the ink cartridge cover tight to prevent contamination, do not mix ink, otherwise it will lead to printhead failure.

3. Correct practice: keep enough ink in the cartridge. The user in the processing of ink pumping, gently click to make the ink slowly flow into the ink supply system, and the ink cartridge air removed, so as to ensure that there is no negative pressure in the ink cartridge can be smoothly sprayed on the printing media.

4. Ensure that the contact behind the printhead clean: before you work to check the contact behind the ink head whether there are ink drops, if there are ink drops, spraying will appear a very regular ink-breaking phenomenon, and even affect the other good ink head. So we should pay attention to such a phenomenon. To ensure that the contact circuit board is clean, do not make the contact circuit board contacting ink, got damaged.
