Rigid Box Paper Gluing Machine with auto paper feeding  MF-SJ650A

This model is used for rigid box paper gluing. It consists of three parts with auto paper feeding.

Paper Feeding Part:

Single sheet feeding with front edge, suck up the sheets with vacuum, then convey the front sheets. It is suitable for long sheet.

The paper pile is fixed by magnetic side stops, which are flexible and steady.

Sheets are conveyed smoothly by pressure system with a line.

Cementing Part:

Easily adjust the gluing rollers, apply an average coating the full surface of the sheet and prevent paper from wrinkling.

The circulating glue-system with heating and temperature controlling system ensures proper viscosity.

Conveying Part:

Induced draft system is equipped in the front of the conveyor, delivering paper stably forward.

• Applied to File boxes, Portfolio, Clothing box ,Shoes box ,Gift boxes and hard book covers etc.
• Various glue can be used for hot glue, bone glue ,aqueous glue, rice glue and latex.
• Frequency control of motor speed, stainless steel. Do not be deformed. Automatic feeder and high accuracy.
• The circulating glue-system with indirect heating and temperature controlling system ensures the back glue escaping from being stuck in low temperature environment.
• The series of machine can be combined into various assembly lines according to the needs of the product.
