Children Board Book Binding Machine

Model MF-PF400, MF-PF500 Children Board Book Binding Machine is used for binding board to board books machine for children/kids/babies.

Working principle:

This machine makes the folded board papers combined with each other by white glue.

Signature auto feeding, auto gluing, auto pressing and trimming board papers from three sides function, intelligently separating book block.

Working process:

Set on the touch screen, the speed, the sheets per book, the book each run. 

Put the board papers on the working table.

paper is feeded one by one down for gluing and the first layer of every book will not be gluing so that every book block is separated naturally.

All of the layers will be sent to the book collection station with the book spine downwards.

The signatures will be pressed tightly from three directions to make the spine flat.

Note:

For making the glued photo books more tightly and the binding function more perfectly, the users are suggested to press the finished book block over half an hour by Pressing Machine(MF-PM500).

 1. Auto Feeding: Apply good feeder delivery with double sheet in case of double sheet feeding.
