PCB Depaneling Punching Overview:

It is designed for PCB/FPC which is connected by points and stamp holes, has high efficiency precision stamping and punching effect. It is only guarantee slitting FPC, PCB deformation in current market.

Its minimum cutting precision is ±0.05mm for special slim PCBs. Max working area is 460*320mm.

PCB Depaneling Punching Features:

1. Double switch two hands action start.

2. Equipped with the slideway of lower die in and out, and the lower die is automatically in and out, so the product is convenient and safe to take and place.

3. Emergency stop switch,identify problems and timely shutdown.

4. Security doors,installation and commissioning of the mold to avoid straying hands.(Normal operation with out security door doesnot work).

5. Safety air pressure setting function, alarm for exceeding limit. Automatic counting, over-limit shutdown.

7. The internal stress generated when the cutting board to a minimum and to avoid cracking of tin.

8. Suitable for very high volume boards.
