1. DESCRIPTION
SEP595-F is a two-component, medium-temperature curing, epoxy potting compound. This product is environmentally friendly, does not contain toxic and harmful substances, has low viscosity, good fluidity, and is easy to flow into the gap. After curing, it has good insulation performance. Sealing for electrical and electronical components.

4. STORAGE
Store in a cool, dry place for 3 months(part A) , 12 months(part B) (at 25℃)

5METHOD OF USE
⚫ Cleaning the surface of the parts to be potted to improve the quality of the potting.
⚫ Mix component A well before use, then measure component A and B at a ratio of 100:30 by weight mix well, vacuum defoam and pot within an operable time.
⚫ After potting the electronic component at 95℃ for 2.5 hours ,it can be completely cured.(Water absorption is easy to cause the degradation of product performance, should payattention to the change of weather humidity, potting products should try to ensure that within two hours into the incubator). Due to the temperature change in different seasons, the curingspeed will be different, the winter temperature is low, curing slowly can be solved by heating.

6. ATTENTION
⚫ Long-term storage of component A will result in settlement, stir thoroughly before use;
⚫ The mixing container must be a round bucket, the bucket internal sufrace must be smooth, in the
mixing process, to scrape the internal surface 2~3 times, to ensure uniform mixing;
⚫ Component B is easy to absorb moisture and carbon dioxide in the air, resulting in crystallization
and turbidity. At this time, the product cannot be used.
⚫ Component A may crystallize at low temperature, which is a normal condition. It can be heated
in the oven at 70-80℃ before use, and the container should be in the open state to avoid
expansion and destruction of the container.
⚫ The usable time of A and B after mixing is related to the temperature and mixing amount. Thehigher the temperature, the greater the mixing amount and the shorter the usable time. Therefore,the mixing temperature and mixing quantity are determined according to the operation conditions(the product can be used for 3 hours under the condition of 30℃, 10L plastic bucket for mixing
