RB-2 Equalizing Check Valve Wireline Lock Mandrel
I. Overview:
RB-2 Equalizing Check Valve is actually a one-way plug, which can
only withstand the pressure difference from top to bottom. Compared
with other plugs, it has the characteristics of easy and reliable
casting and fishing.
The main purpose:
(1) Check whether the oil pipe is sealed;
(2) Setting hydraulic packer;
(3) Prevent the liquid from flowing back to the oil layer in the
gas lift well;
(4) Protect the bottom layer when the top layer is increased.

III. Structural characteristics and use:
RB-2 Equalizing Check Valve is comprised of salvage neck, backing
ring, steel ball, mandrel, outer cylinder, sealing assembly, lower
joint, plug cap, etc.Use the casting tool to connect the RB-2
Equalizing Check Valve, go down to the Baker R-type seat joint,
shock down and cut off the shearing pin to lift out the casting
tool to complete the setting.
When pulling out, use the tool to shock and cut the hexagon socket
flat end set screw upwards, lift the tool string up after the
pressure at the upper and lower ends are balanced, and pull out the
RB-2 Equalizing Check Valve.
IV, matters needing attention:
Before use, check if the screws and sealing assemblies are damaged,
and replace them in time if they are damaged.
