GU Shear Up Adaptor Wireline Pulling Tool

Ⅰ. Introduction

GU Shear Up Adaptor is used in connection with GS pulling tool, and they form GR Pulling Tool.

III. Structural characteristics:

GU pulling tool is mainly composed of GS pulling tool  and GU Shear Up Adaptor  as shown in the attached assembly drawing. During fishing operation (refer to GS assembly drawing), when the fishing claw  touches the mouth end of the inner fishing neck, it will retreat and fall into the slightly smaller diameter of the core and be retracted; When the fishing claw  completely enters the inner fish neck, the fishing claw  is immediately opened to catch it under the thrust of the compression auxiliary spring . If the tool is blocked upwards, it can be shaken off.

IV. Maintenance

1. After the tool is disassembled, check the damage of each component and replace the damaged parts.

2. When assembling, apply a thin layer of grease on the thread surface.

3. After assembly, the fishing neck is attached with thread protector and marked for later use.
