Product description TM-NT18 ceramic pressure sensor is a kind of ceramic piezoresistive
pressure sensor which is refined by special process using ceramic
base. Ceramic is a recognized material with high elasticity,
corrosion resistance, wear resistance, shock resistance and
vibration. The thermal stability characteristics of ceramics and
the high temperature sintering process of thick film make the
working temperature range of ceramic pressure sensor up to
-40~125℃. and has high precision and high stability. More than 2 KV
electrical insulation, its size diameter 18 mm, range 2-400 bar..

Small size, easy to package ● very competitive III. PRINCIPLES OF WORK The corrosion-resistant ceramic pressure sensor has no liquid
transfer, and the pressure acts directly on the front surface of
the ceramic diaphragm, resulting in a small deformation of the
diaphragm. The thick film resistance is printed on the back of the
ceramic diaphragm and connected to a Wheatstone bridge (closed
bridge) due to the piezoresistive effect of varistor, the bridge
generates a highly linear voltage signal proportional to the
pressure and proportional to the excitation voltage. the standard
signal is calibrated to 2.0/3.0 according to the different pressure
range mV /V, which can be compatible with the strain sensor. by
laser calibration, the sensor has high temperature stability and
time stability. the sensor comes with temperature compensation and
can be in direct contact with most media. Because ceramic pressure
sensors can contact with most media, there is no direct transfer of
liquid, and no pollution, the trend of replacing other types of
sensors in Europe and the United States is becoming more and more
obvious, and more users in China are using ceramic sensors instead
