Vmc850 CNC milling machine is a semi closed-loop vertical machining center with X, y and Z three-axis servo direct control. The three axes are divided into hard rail and (optional: rolling linear guide). The guide rail has large load, wide span, high precision, compact and reasonable structure and overall dimensions. The main shaft is driven by servo motor through the same step belt. It can realize the one-time clamping of various complex parts such as discs, plates, shells, cams and molds, and can complete the processing of various processes such as drilling, milling, boring, expanding, reaming and rigid tapping. It is suitable for the production of multi variety, medium and small batch products, and can meet the processing of complex and high-precision parts. It can be equipped with a fourth rotating shaft to meet the processing requirements of special parts.
