1. How do I measure a box?
The proper sequence of dimensions is Length x Width x Depth.Place the box in front of you with the open end up.Length is the longest open end dimensions from left to right.Width is the shortest open end dimension from front to back.Depth is the remaining dimension from top to bottom.
 
2. How soon can I get a price quote?
After we know the box style,dimensions,printing colors,surface finish and quantity,we can offer the quotation within 24 hours.
 
3. How long to produce a bulk order?
Generally it will take 10-15 working days to produce your products in your customized request.
 
4. Can I have a custom designed and made paper product?
Yes.All of our paper products are custom made based on your artwork and packaging need.We have a professional team having rich experience in box designing and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect gift boxes.Send us high resolution images,your logo and text,then tell us how you would like to arrange them.We will send you finished files for confirmation.
 
5. Is there a minimum order requirement?
Due to the high machine setup cost and shipping freight,we do not accept very small orders.Our minimum order quantity for normal paper products is 500 pcs. It is recommended for you to order in bigger quantity so as to reduce the unit price and shipping cost.
 
6. Can I get a sample?
Yes.If you need one stock sample,you will only need to pay the shipping charge.If you need a sample in your artwork and packaging needs,there will be a sample fee for the box plus estimated shipping cost.The sample making usually takes one week.
