Description: The UV Accelerated weathering test chamber stimulates dew and rain with consideration for humidity and/or water spray equipped with a fluorescent UV lamp which can completely simulate the UV spectra of sunlight, exposes materials to alternating cycles of UV light and moisture at controlled, elevated temperatures. It’s most widely used weathering tester to test types of damages include color change, gloss loss, chalking, cracking, crazing, hazing, blistering, strength loss and oxidation. The source adopts 8 pieces of UV lamps of 40W as the light source. The lamps are distributed on the two sides of machine, 4 pieces for each side (UVA-340 and UVB-313 optional), 8 pieces in total .

fluorescent ultraviolet(UV) lamps and carry out these circles automatically.While it simulates rain and dew with condensing humidity or
waterspray.In a few days or weeks,the UV can reproduce the damage
that occurs over months or years outdoors.The damages include
fading,color change,chalking,cracking,crazing,embrittlement,strength loss,etc.The test data can help you to select the new
materials or improve the performance of materials. Chamber cover
introduces the two-way flip type for easy opening and closing.The
spec-imen and the shelf constitute the trapezidal inner wall of the
chamber. Features: 1. UV aging test machine can do two kinds of testing: aging and anti-yellowing. 2. Aging: the machine can promote the increase of sulfur rubber deterioration, to calculate the change rate of tensile and elongation before and after heat. It’s generally thought that test for one day at 70°C, in theory as exposed to the atmosphere for 6 months. 3. Anti-yellowing: the machine stimulate the atmosphere environment, driven by the sun ultraviolet radiation. It’s generally thought that the appearance change at 50°C for 9 hours, in theory as exposed to atmosphere for 6 months. It has the following performance characteristics: The heating mode is the inner tank heating, fast heating and uniform temperature distribution The drainage system uses reflux type and U-type sedimentation device to drain water The distance between the sample surface and the UV lamp plane is 50 mm and parallel The actual studio consists of test samples and supports to form the inner wall of the box, trapezoidal Automatic water refill of tank water level The lid is bidirectional clamshell type, easy to open and close High quality fixed PU movable wheel is used at the bottom of the test chamber
