Overview:

The test box is to provide high and low temperature constant, high and low temperature test environment; including refrigeration system, heating system, air duct system, control system, system safety protection device, etc.

Test box structure:

Integral structure, that is, test box, refrigeration system, heating system, air conditioning system, electrical control cabinet, and refrigeration unit are integrated. The refrigeration unit is located at the bottom of the cabinet, and the electrical control part is placed on the side of the test box for easy operation.

1. Cabinet:

a) In the air duct inter layer at one end of the working room, there are heating / humidifier, refrigeration evaporator, blower motor, fan blade and other devices;

b) There is one cable threading hole on the side of the test box, the size is Φ50mm;

c) The test chamber studio is made of 1mm thick SUS304 stainless steel plate, and the cabinet shell is made of 1mm thick high-quality stainless steel

d) The insulation material is made of polyurethane foam, with a thickness of 100mm, good insulation effect, and no frost or condensation on the outer surface of the test chamber.

e) The studio is equipped with two layers of adjustable stainless steel strip shelves;

f) The box body is equipped with condensate drain.

2. Cabinet Door:

For single-open doors, double-line silicone rubber sealing strips are used for door sealing;

A multi-layer hollow glass observation window is installed on the door, the size is about 300 × 275mm, and a heating anti-frost device is provided. A 20W halogen lamp (AC12V) is installed on the door of the test chamber.
