Product Description

Box material

A test case is made of light gray PVC board with a thickness of 5mm
and a durable temperature of 85 ℃. The structure is firm. The
second laboratory cover is sealed with transparent acrylic impact
resistant plate with a thickness of 5mm. Double layer thickening
inside and outside the edge to prevent distortion due to long-term
high temperature. The thickness is 15mm.

It is easy to clean and operate.

The best heat preservation effect is achieved by using sus ා 304
stainless steel high pressure resistant barrel.

The test sample rack adopts the plane dividing type, which can
adjust the angle arbitrarily, the fog falling on all sides is
uniform, the fog receiving is completely consistent, the test
results are accurate, and the number of test samples is large.

1. Adopt high-precision imported touch screen and special
intelligent controller for temperature and humidity to realize
effective control of temperature, humidity and drying;
2. The two-pole air inlet pressure is reduced to ensure the stable
spray pressure;
3. The cone-shaped disperser at the top of the spray tower has a
salt spray guide and regulates the uniformity and settlement of the
salt spray;
4. Complete protection functions (water shortage, over-humidity,
overload, etc.) and the device has sound, alarm, and shutdown
functions.
5. Oversaturate the compressed air used for spraying to ensure
stable experimental environmental conditions and effectively
prevent nozzle clogging;
6. Equipped with equipment running time controller, it will
automatically shut down after running time is over.
