1. Do you have the products in stock?

Yes, most of the items are in stock. The goods will be shipped to you within 2-3 business days after payment received. For the

products out of stock, it will take around 5-7 working days to make shipment.

3. How do I know if you ship out my order?

The tracking number (DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS, etc.) or Air Waybill or Bill of Loading B/L by Sea will be sent to you as soon as

4. Can you make OEM or ODM for products?

OEM and ODM products is available for customer, as long as customer meet the MOQ. Also we have engineers for logo and products design for customers.

5. What about delivery time?

Samples and small order within 5 working days; bulk order delivery kindly check with seller.

6. What about MOQ?

For pos terminal, we can accept sample order firstly, so there is not limit for MOQ. For label paper/receipt paper ect.
