1, Do you have the items in stock?

The most of products are in stock. We can send the goods out within 3days after payment received. For the goods are out of stock, production time is about 7-10 days.

2, Do you offer other relevant items?

Yes, we do. We are offering PDA data collector, POS system, barcode scanner, label printer and label rewinder and so on.

3, If the goods are damaged badly, who is responsible for it?

We will be responsible for the damaged goods when it is damaged during transport, and we can exchange the new goods for you.

4, Can you make OEM or ODM for products?

OEM and ODM products is available for customer, as long as customer meet the MOQ. Also we have engineers for logo and products design for customers.

5, What about delivery time?

Samples and small order within 5 working days; bulk order delivery kindly check with seller.

6, What about MOQ?

For pos terminal, we can accept sample order firstly, so there is not limit for MOQ. For label paper/receipt paper ect.

7, Besides the English language, do your printers support other languages? what operation system they backup?

Yes, our printer not only supports English language, but also Russian, Spanish, Portuguese ect. 48 different languages available, and it backups IOS, Android, Windows, Linux, Opos operation systems.

8, What warranty and after-sale service do you offer?

Each POS terminal will have one year (12 months) warranty. Free components will be offered for repair in warranty period, if the issue caused by non-artificial damages.
