A1: Generally it is around 15-30 days after order confirmation. For special urgent order we can help

arrange within one week.

Q2: How can get the samples and what about the cost of the samples?

A2: Adivse us your full company name, address,and phone number by sending us an enquiry.

Hangers/Color card and Yardage sample within 1 yard are free. freight cost is supposed to be paid

by new customer.

Q3: What is your terms of payment?
A3: Usually we accept T/T, irrrevocable L/C at sight. also it is negotiable after cooperation.

swatch or color index (such as PANTONE index) by sending us an enquiry.

Q7: what is your quality guarantee?

A7: we exam every dye lot meter by meter before delivery complying with International 4-Point

Inspection System. we also test according to mutual agreed quality protocol at our in-house Lab. we

can offer you the report by mail. also the customer can nominate a third party to exam all the

product.
