Automatic detection and rejection system for beverage leakage
The automatic beverage leakage detection and rejection system is a
fully automatic multifunctional liquid detection system equipment,
divided into two parts: the beverage bottle detection unit and the
rejection unit. Among them, the beverage level detection system
includes: a squeeze detection unit (module) and a liquid level

The extrusion pressure unit uses extrusion and contact
pressure sensing technology to detect PET bottles. When the liquid
bottle passes the detector, the double-sided belt of the detector
squeezes the liquid bottle, the pressure sensor behind the belt
transmits the pressure value in real time, and the control center
analyzes the pressure value and makes a judgment. Thereby feedback
whether the aluminum film of the sealed product is leaking; the
signal is sent to the rejection device, and the unqualified product
will be rejected by the rejection device.
The PET bottle beverage level detection unit adopts X-ray
technology, using the principle that the radiation intensity
changes with the surface position of the substance after the
low-energy photon source interacts with the substance to be
measured, and is used to control and detect the volume of the
substance to be measured. Fill the beverage bottle with liquid
material. Due to the non-contact measurement method, the problem
that the traditional weighing method of PET bottles cannot measure
the filling liquid capacity of the production line is solved.
Therefore, it is widely used in the online detection of bottled
water, beverages and liquids. The main structural characteristics
of the detection unit: non-contact detection, fast detection speed,
high accuracy; can work under the condition of conveyor variable
speed, and is not limited by the stability of the conveyor speed;
