1. Equipment overview

Bottle mouth inspection machines are widely used in PET beverages, condiments and other industries. After the bottle is blown, the PET bottle mouth in the bottle blowing machine is subjected to online, non-contact detection, and the defective products are automatically and sorted out. The equipment is mainly composed of a detection device and a power distribution cabinet. The detection device is equipped with a CCD camera and an LED light source; the power distribution cabinet is equipped with an image processor, PLC, strobe controller, power supply, industrial computer and touch screen.

The PET bottle passes the positioning sensor, detects the arrival of the PET bottle, and records the bottle identification number and the current encoder signal through the control unit. The positioning sensor informs the camera to collect the current PET bottle image. After the photo is taken, the image processor processes the image. The image processor transmits the processing results to the man-machine interface for dynamic display on the one hand; on the other hand to the control unit, Prepare to reject unqualified bottles. After the control unit receives the unqualified signal, it notifies the rejector to reject the bottle with the corresponding identification number.

2. Test content

Bottle mouth defect detection unit, including defect detection functions such as internal defect, external defect, point defect, penetration, ovality and so on. The following figure shows the imaging effect picture and inspection picture when combined with the front ring light. It can be seen that the front and side defects can be clearly obtained from the picture, and the full-scale inspection function can be completed after complementation. Defect standard: internal and external gap, dot gap width 0.90mm, depth 0.25mm, ovality 0.50mm.
