       Liquid level X-ray inspection machine (TJYWXS15) adopts non-contact on-line detection mode, applies nuclear technology, and uses the principle that the ray intensity changes with the material surface position after the interaction between low-energy photon source and the material to be measured, so as to control the detection of filling liquid material capacity. Because of its non-contact measurement method, it fundamentally solves the problem that the conventional weighing method can not measure the filling liquid material capacity on the production line. Therefore, it is widely used in the on-line detection of food and beverage.

         Control platform: TJYWXS15 integrates the latest digital signal processing technology, and the color touch screen operation simplifies the human-computer communication. The display can display all parameters setting and adjustment of products, and can store the parameters of 10 different products at the same time. Other functions of the system include independent programmable striking output, which is used for product defect striking. The independent programmable module can make the following settings: hitting container, retaining container, encoder, hitting indicator, alarm and status output of percussion device.

    The detection system is mainly composed of human-machine interface, liquid level detection unit and eliminator, in which the liquid level detection unit includes high-voltage power supply, ray transmitting tube and ray receiving tube, which is the core component of the equipment; the human-computer interface includes touch screen, tower lamp and operation interface; the knockout device is the executive mechanism of the system, which is used to separate or remove unqualified cans.
