          SUNRISE aseptic cold filling technology: It is a system for filling and capping sterile products in a sterile environment using sterile containers at room temperature. Kaiqisi PET bottle aseptic filling system is a comprehensive technology integrating microbial detection and control technology, aseptic isolation technology, computer detection and control technology, cleaning and sterilization system. It has a wide range of beverage product adaptability, and can guarantee the nutrition, color and taste of the product to the greatest extent, and the product does not need to add preservatives.

1) It is mainly suitable for beverage products in the form of plastic bottles such as tea beverages, fruit juices, vegetable protein beverages, coffee, liquid milk, etc.

3) Applicable bottle type 250ml-1500ml, diameter φ50～105mm; height 140～320mm.
4) Aseptic cycle: neutral products ≥ 72 hours, acid products ≥ 144 hours.
5) Product filling temperature: normal temperature.

Air Conveyor
- Air conveyor is fixed on the floor, with fan installed on the top.
- Air filter is positioned at every entrance of air fan, to prevent dust blown into bottles.
- Bottles are held on the neck in the conveyor and transported into filling machine by blowing power.
- All are made of stainless steel SUS 304 /316.
- Rack made by high quality carbon steel welded.

Washing Part.
- Into bottle way is air conveyor direct connection with bottle dial.
