Raw Material Control

 

The steel materials are selected from well-known domestic manufacturers as the suppliers: Shougang, Handan Iron and Steel, Tangshan Iron and Steel, and Wuhan Iron and Steel (to ensure chemical composition and mechanical properties).

 

 

 

 

Welding & Inspection

 

Welding is submerged arc welding, and each weld is inspected by a flaw detector (ultrasonic flaw detection). After passing the test, it will continue to the next process.

 

 

 

Runtest before Shipping

 

After each equipment is completed, it will be installed and run-test in the factory to ensure stable operation of the equipment before it is loaded and shipped.

 

 

Tempering Treatment

 

Gears and shafts are made of forged 45#, 40 chrome, 42 chrome molybdenum, and quenched and tempered.

 

 

Casting & Inspection

 

After heat treatment, the casting spare parts are machined in our factory for processing. After processing, the quality inspection department will conduct quality inspection and flaw detection.
