Principle overview

The ground pulp enters the water tank from the feed inlet in the middle of the settling zone. The slurry grading settlement area is located below the inclined installation of the water tank. The screw rotates at a low speed to stir the pulp, so that the fine particles are suspended on it and overflow to the overflow weir. Coarse particles sink into the bottom of the tank and are transported to the discharge outlet by screw for sand return discharge. The position of overflow weir is higher than the bearing center at the lower end of spiral shaft and lower than the upper edge of spiral shaft at the overflow end.
