FAQ

1. Do you have a showroom I can visit?
Yes. We have a large showroom in our factory that has been constructed to show our silk plants and trees as they would be used in applications. We have created various themes including tropical, wilderness and Asian. In addition, since our showroom is connected to our manufacturing facility clients have the ability to tour the production floor and review the craftsmanship of our finished trees and plants.

2. What is your lead time?
Our manufactured products traditionally take 2 to 6 weeks to produce depending on the quantity and size of the order. However, we understand that clients have deadlines and we can usually accommodate most time frames.

3. Do you offer samples?
Yes. We are happy to provide you with samples so that you can see first-hand the quality of our products as well as evaluate the appropriateness of the plant variety for your project.

4. How does your product ship?

We have a well-engineered shipping and packaging process so that all of our plants and trees can be packed and shipped as economically as possible. From standardized corrugated cardboard boxes that ship via Small Parcel (Ground) to custom wooden creates that ship via LTL, we can pack just about all of our products. When artificial trees are too large to be packed in boxes or crates, we contract for semi-trailers or sea containers and build internal framework so that the trees can be safely secured until they arrive at the client site.

5. Can you provide design assistance?
Yes. We have an entire team of designers and a graphic design department ready to help with simple plant selection to complete landscape design. Please contact us to discuss your project.
