Description:

Dryer refers to a kind of mechanical equipment that uses heat energy to reduce the moisture of materials and is used to dry objects. The dryer vaporizes and escapes the moisture in the material (generally refers to moisture or other volatile liquid components) by heating to obtain a solid material with a specified moisture content

 

 1Specifications:3000mm long x 1650mm wide x 1400mm high.
 2Material:The shell of the heating area is made of A3 board, with insulation cotton in the middle.
 3Lamp tube:using Taiwan quartz heating tube, heating effect is good.
 4Effective leveling width:1320mm.
 5Conveyor belt:stainless steel chain rod type.
 6Transmission system:the transmission motor adopts Taiwan TWT gear reducer.
 7Control system:using Taiwan Delta frequency converter, the speed can be adjusted 5-20m minutes, and has a speed digital display.
 8Control system:BKC temperature controller is used to control the required temperature. The temperature is adjustable from room temperature to 100℃.
