Product Description:

Small excavators commonly use hydraulic piston pumps. Common control methods on the market include load-sensitive control and power control. The priority of the two control methods is load-sensitive control-power control. The flow valve (LS) realizes the adjustment of the pump displacement by comparing the feedback pressure Pu of the external system with the pump outlet pressure P, which has the priority to override the power; the power valve (PC) controls the maximum output power of the pump to be constant, when the working pressure of the pump exceeds the power After the spring starts to adjust the pressure, the power valve opens, and the high-pressure oil passes through the power valve, the flow valve, and finally enters the servo variable piston to adjust the angle of the swash plate.
