According to the unloading method, it is divided into: batch batching scale and continuous batching scale.
1. Batch batching scale
When the measurement is completed, the batching controller starts the unloading mechanism to start unloading. After the unloading is completed, the unloading mechanism is closed and the next batching is started. The batching scale that uses this process is called a gap-type batching scale.

2. Continuous batching scale
When the system is running, the conveyed materials are measured by the electronic screw electronic batching scale manufacturer, and the received weight and speed signals are processed by the computer integrator and converted into the accumulated value and instantaneous flow rate.

The accumulated value and instantaneous flow rate signal are transferred from RS -485 port is sent to the industrial control machine (host computer), and the 4-20mA analog current signal is sent to the frequency conversion regulator, and then the frequency conversion regulator adjusts the speed of the upper feeder.
