1.Adopt the world’s advanced leading edge paper feeding system which has high feeding precision of ±0.5mm. This machine can feed paper 10000 pieces per hour.

2.Draught fan can be adjusted to meet the demand of paper feeding.

3.Adopt microcomputer control and phase position can be adjusted 360 degrees quickly and accurately.

4.The front paper block board is manual adjust and sidepilegll is controlled by computer.

5.Rubber surface for paper guiding roller can avoid damaging paperboard and increase accuracy of paper sending.

Computer part:

1.Human-computer interface and PLC accurate control system can give perfect protection and high reliable control.

2.Main motor adopts frequency control made by Hengshui.

3.The front and back control plate is concise concentrated which can be operated conveniently.

4.The whole machine is controlled by light, electricity and gas.

5.Whole machine adopts: Hong Kong SONY Dragon Punch contactor. Japan OMRON time relay. Korea AUTONICS optoelectronic switch. Zhejiang CHINT time relay. Wuxi THINGET PLC touch screen. All are well-known brands.
